November 10, 2023 - We want to use our knowledge and expertise to help refugees. Through Russian language skills in our company, we can offer refugees opportunities and help them integrate into Germany.
Using our skills
Finding a new home in Germany can be a challenge, especially for people who had to leave their home countries due to conflict or other difficult circumstances.
Since we have demonstrated sufficient Russian language skills within our company, we would like to take advantage of this opportunity and also make our contribution to society. Russian speakers with little to no German language skills are warmly welcomed and receive appropriate support to facilitate their integration in Germany.
Our conviction is simple: If people who have fled to Germany are given the opportunity to work here and use their skills, this will not only facilitate their individual integration but also enrich the cultural and social diversity of our country.
Our initiative not only offers job opportunities for Russian-speaking refugees, but also a supportive community where they feel welcome and valued. As a company with employees who speak Russian, we can build a bridge between our new colleagues and the world of work. This promotes understanding, breaks down prejudices, and strengthens our society.
